Ingredients

6 chicken thighs, skinless and deboned
1/4 cup soy sauce
1tsp. dried red pepper flakes
4 tbsp. sucralose
8 tsp. grated ginger root
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cider vinegar
6 bamboo skewers
Tips
Please note that the nutrition information is incorrect since this is a marinade and most of it will be discarded.
Directions
Cut chicken thighs into 1/2 inch chunks and place on bamboo skewers. Make marinade by mincing garlic and mixing with soy sauce, sucralose, red pepper, ginger and vinegar. Marinate chicken skewers overnight. Grill on high heat until golden brown. Eat and enjoy.
