    1LB.Sirloin Beef Steak, sliced
    8T.heavy whipping cream
    1/4c.sour cream
    salt, to taste
    1 egg yolk.


I like to serve with extra sour cream. I add buillon instead of salt to the recipe. If you are going to use pasta, you should add a cup and a half of beef stock prior to adding the cream mixture.


Slice beef into strips.
Chop 3T. onion
Melt butter and oil into pan, add beef and onions; cook until beef is mostly browned.
Mix sour cream, cream, paprika, salt, pepper. Add to beef and stir; simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
In separate bowl, whip egg yolk. Add 1T of beef's sauce to yolk and whip again. Repeat 3-4 times, until yolk is warm. Add yolk mixture to beef mixture to thicken. Add mushrooms and simmer until desired "doneness"; at least 3 minutes.
