    1 package (14 oz.) Butterball Turkey Sausage, hardwood smoked
    1 medium green bell pepper
    1 medium red bell pepper
    3/4 cup red onion
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 Tbl. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
    Olive oil pan spray


Slice turkey sausages links into quarter inch rounds. Chop peppers and onions into bite size pieces.

Spray pan with olive oil pan spray. Saute onion on medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Add sausage rounds, Tamari, and bell peppers. Cook to preferred doneness, stirring frequently. We like our peppers and onions to still have a lot of crunch, but others prefer them softer. Since the turkey sausage is already cooked, the vegetables determine how long to cook this dish.
