Introduction

Ingredients

    Cauliflower
    Chia Seeds
    Rice (or other Gluten Free) Flour
    Olive Oil
    Herbs
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

To begin, place 4 Tbsp Chia (or Flax) seeds in bowl with about 1/2 cup of water. Let sit for about 15 minutes. It will gel up and become your emulsifier.

In batches, put your Cauliflower through a Food Processer. In a pan, heat the grated cauliflower to rid it of excess moisture. It will go from pretty stinky to not so stinky (about 5-7 minutes on med-high heat).

Add Flour, Herbs, Red Pepper Flakes and S&P.

Mix in Chia Seeds and knead together.

Press into a oiled Cookie Sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ideas for Toppings:
Olive Oil with Roasted Vegetables (Yams, Beets, Peppers, Asparagus, etc)
Pesto with Roasted Garlic, Hazelnuts, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Fresh Oragano
Marinara with 5 kinds of Meat-Free Meat and Vegan Cheese!
