Ingredients

    4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup vinegar

Directions

Slice potatoes. Toss in vinegar. Arrange in cooking dish. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Cook at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and serve with chicken or steak. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.
