Ingredients

    1 Haddock fillet
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    dill weed - about 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an appropriately sized pan for the fillet with no-fat cooking spray. Place fillet in pan and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with dill weed and spray lightly with lemon juice.
Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve with wedge of lemon, steamed rice and vegetable.

    This was excellent, with a few twists. . . I used olive oil [brushed on the haddock, both sides], then the Dill, lightly, then i cut up a shallet onion, thinly chopped/sprinkled on the fish, fresh squeezed lemon juice, the rest of the lemon i sliced into paper thin pcs, wrap in foil, grill 10-12mins - 7/10/09

    Way too much dill I think. I only used a teaspoon and I think that was too much. - 5/2/09
