Ingredients

    2 C Almond Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    4 eggs
    1/2 C. melted butter
    1/3 C. honey
    1/4 C. water
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
    1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)

Tips

I whisk all my liquid ingredients together first as this seems to help the honey and then whisk in to the dry ingredients.


Directions

Mix together almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Add eggs, melted butter, honey, water, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Spoon batter into 15 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
