Ingredients

    1.5 lb Ground Lean Turkey
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Orange Bell Pepper
    .5 Onion sliced
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil or Meditteranean Oil Blend
    1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
    5 Tbsp Ground Chili Powder
    3 Tbsp Mexan Oregano Ground
    4 tsp Mazzola Chicken Boullion

Directions

Sautee the bell peppers, onion and garlic in the oil until browned. Add ground turkey and spices and cook until browned. Add approx 1/2 C to 1 C of water and continue cooking until at least half of the water boils down. Serve.
