    1 # whole wheat pasta
    3 oz goat cheese
    1/4 c Wegmans lemon viniagrette
    2 TB EVOO
    1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper flakes to taste


Add steamed broccoli or other vegetables. Retain some of the hot water when draining the past and add that to the dish to make is "saucier" if you'd like.


Boil pasta per instructions. Drain.

Chop artichoke hearts.

Combine cooked pasta with all other ingredients and mix grently. Heat from the pasta should melt the goat cheese.
