Introduction

One more variation on my summer breakfast. One more variation on my summer breakfast.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    200 g frozen nectarines (I cut and freeze fresh fruit from at least the night before)
    300 g skim milk yogurt
    1 tbsp muscovado sugar
    1 tbsp dark demerara sugar

Tips

I'm still looking for the perfect spice for this one, but I think mahleb and dry ginger work well for now.


Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend.

Serving Size: about 550 ml so plan your container accordingly
