Introduction
I started making these when I didn't want to add bread and egg as a binder. The Chia seeds soak up the moisture from the Turkey meat and bind it together without all the extra fat and calories. Ingredients

1 lb. - Turkey, Ground
2 Tbls - Chia Seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbls - Dried Onion
Spice of choice (rosemary, basil, tarragon, etc)
Tips
Do not press the burger as it cooks, this will make for a dry burger. The chia seeds lock in the juices and make this a very juicy delicious burger. I could eat them every day.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, allow to sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld. If your grilling this is a good time to prep your grill. Once that is done, portion out the meat and press into burger patties. place burger on grill or in grill pan, for about 4 minutes on each side or until the internal temp reaches 170-180.
