Introduction

Just a quick simple whipped cream made with a hand mixer. This is not by any means low calorie or low fat but it is simple and I can pronounce the ingredients. Ingredients

1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream (pref. organic & w/o caranageen)
    1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Tips

I like to serve with fresh strawberries as pictured. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Measure 1 C. heavy whipping cream directly from the fridge. I like to put my cream & the metal whisks into the freezer for 5-10 minutes before I mix.

2. Mix your heavy whipping cream on the highest setting that doesn't splash, always start slow.

3. When it begins to solidify add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 Tbsp. sugar. Continue mixing until soft peaks have formed. It takes me approx. 5 minutes total.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 C. servings, 2 C. of whipped cream total
