Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Elbows, 16 oz package
    1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped fine
    2 Stalks Celery diced small
    4 Green Onions chopped
    1/2 cup Dole Shredded Carrots
    1/2 cup Ken Davis BBQ sauce 2 carb
    1 cup WALDEN FARMS MAYO calorie free
    2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 t Franks Hot Sauce
    1 t Chili Powder
    1/4 t Garlic Powder
    1/4 t Cayenne Pepper
    2 t Just Like Sugar Brown Sugar sub (can sub stevia)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package, drain and rinse under cold water. Chop veggies and set in large bowl with pasta. In a medium bowl mix BBQ sauce, Mayo, Vinegar, Hot sauce and spices and sugar substitute pour over pasta and veggie mixture and stir until combined. Refrigerate- Let it sit at room temp 15 before serving. Enjoy
