Ingredients

3 TBSP fresh orange juice
3 TBSP unsweetened pineapple juice
2 TBSP fresh lime juice
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp low-sodium chili powder
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
6 dashes Tabasco
6 skinless bone-in chicken thighs, trimmed of visible fat
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine juices, hers, spice and garlic in food processor or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth.
3. Set chicken in baking dish and brush some of the herb mix on top.
4. Roast chicken turning once after 20 minutes.
5. Brush with remaining herb mixture and cook additional 20 minutes until there is no pink left near the bone.
Good served hot or cold.
