Ingredients

    Jewel Wild Harvest Organic Long Grain Rice, 1 cup uncooked
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed, chopped
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegatable Broth, 1.5 cup
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can
    Onion powder, 1.5 tsp
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Creamed Corn, 1 small can
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped

Directions

Mix everything but the broccoli in crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4

Steam broccoli and mix into the rice mixture.
