Ingredients

    15 oz lean ground (grass fed if you can) sirloin
    5 medium tomatoes chopped
    .5 large onion, chopped
    1 whole zucchini chopped
    1 whole yellow squash chopped
    3 tsp coconut oil
    salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Cook onions, zucchini, squash in coconut oil until starts to brown. In a separate pan, brown beef, add tomatoes. once other veggies are soft and turning slightly brown, add meat mixture. Cook covered an additional 15 minutes. Makes 4 1 cup portions, can mix with half cup of quinoa per serving!
