Introduction

Made this so I would have something to eat on my soft diet, it was gone with the bowl scraped clean! Made this so I would have something to eat on my soft diet, it was gone with the bowl scraped clean!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 26 oz can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream
    Mushroom Soup
    1 ½ C shredded Swiss Cheese (about 6 oz.)
    2/3 C low fat sour cream (or NF Greek yogurt plain)
    2 pkgs. frozen veggies cooked & drained
    2 cans (2.8 oz. each) French Fried Onions
    2 cans chicken, white & dark

Tips

Make with plain NF greek yogurt & pan-seared or baked chicken for less sodium & better protein.
Thinkin' it would be good with some Rotel tomatoes and/or peppers, too.


Directions

Mix all but ½ c. cheese & 1 can French fried onions.
Bake at 400 for 20 min., or until hot & bubbly. Top with remaining cheese & can of onions, bake for 5 min. more.
