Introduction

Very healthy and low calorie snack! Very healthy and low calorie snack!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    *Cooking Spray, Pam, 16 serving
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp serving) (optional)

Tips

Can be vegan without the cheese.
I make this in small batches to ensure all kale is seasoned and cooked through.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Place kale in large bowl.
Sprinkle kale with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Spray kale with cooking spray.
Mix in bowl.
Place in single layer on cookie sheet.
Place kale in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until crunchy brown.
Put back in big bowl and sprinkle with cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
