A good quality high speed blender is required. I have a Vitamix Blender. Throughly wash all fruit and veggies. No need to use all ingredients. Use whatever you have. use 50% veggies and 50% fruit. Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, .5 small (5-1/2" long)
    Collards, 1 cup, chopped
    kale, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 5 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    Raspberries, 10 raspberries
    Blackberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Grapes, .5 cup, seedless
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Walnuts, .125 cup pieces or chips
    Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tbsp
    Pumpkin Pie spice, .25 tbsp
    Water, tap, Bottle or filtered 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Protein powder, Shakeology - Greenberry, 1 serving

Tips

A good quality high speed blender is required. I have a Vitamix Blender. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds. Use your best judgement.
