    1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/3 cup Milk (2%)
    3- 5oz cans of white water packed tuna, drained
    2 cups Brown Rice cooked
    6 cups frozen or fresh broccoli florets
    1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese


In a large bowl, combine the soup, and milk. Stir in tuna and rice (pepper to taste). Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes. Top with broccoli, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
