Ingredients

2 chicken breast, cooked (cook in pot of boiling chicken stock for 10 minutes, then let sit to cool in stock for 15 minutes, then chop)
1 small apple, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp hot mango chutney
1 tsp curry paste
12 ryvita slices (optional, not included in analysis)
Directions
Mix apple and chicken together in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix mayo, chutney and curry together, then add to chicken mixture. Serve on ryvita crackers (3 per person)
