Ingredients

    Instructions:
    Sauté the leeks until tender. Add the garlic and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all other ingredients except for fish. Cook a few minutes, then season to taste. Add the fish and poach in the broth until cooked through.

Tips

Serve w/brown rice, quinoa, or Soba buckwheat noodles.
