peppers Mini, 1 serving
Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced
Eggplant, fresh, .50 cup, cubes
Western Family Red Kidney Beans Dry, 1 serving
Western Family Garbanzo Beans Dry, 1 serving
Western Family Large Lima Beans Dry, 1 serving
Hidden Valley Ranch Fat Free, 3 tbsp.
All my beans were already cooked & put away for future use. It helps.
I cook & cool my beans, them put on cookie sheet & freeze. Then put in containers for future use. It really saves a lot of time when making salads, soups or other things.
