    Low sodium chicken broth
    Carrots, grated
    Onions, chopped
    Waterchestnuts, sliced
    Cabbage, grated
    Tofu Shirataki flat noodles, rinsed well
    red wine Or lemon juice
    garlic (I mashed mine to a paste)
    Cherry tomatoes, halved
    hot pepper sauce (Frank's)
    salt to taste
    cilantro (garnish)

Makes 3 - 2 1/2 cup bowls.

Cook every thing in a 3 qt pot except fish, wine, pepper sauce and tomatoes for 15 min. or until noodles are almost done. Add add fish and wine and pepper sauce and cook until fish is done. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
