Ingredients

    6 cups baby spinach, loosely packed
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup cooked brown rice or Mexican Rice
    1/2 cup chopped romaine heart lettuce
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 2%
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    6 Ole Xtreme Wellness high fiber wheat wraps

Tips

Can top with fat free greek yogurt (optional).


Directions

Mix first 11 ingredients. Place 1/6 of mixture on each wheat wrap. Makes 6 wraps.
