Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Free range egg
    1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
    5 tbsp Half & Half
    Fresh ground pepper
    5 drops Hazel Nut flavoured Stevia
    1 Scoop Now Powdered Stevia

    Topping
    1 Slice Monterey Jack Cheese
    1 100ml container Sugar free Yogurt (your Choice)

Tips

Use the new ceramic frying pans for this. Costco now sells them. They are great no sticking what-so-ever.


Directions

Mix the egg. half & half cream, liquid egg whites, pepper, and Stevia together.

Pour 1/3 of this mixture into a pre-heated non-stick pan and swirl around until starts to cook. Place back on heat add the cheese and 1/3 the yogurt to the middle. Then fold over to form a square. Remove from pan before crepe becomes browned. Repeat 2 more times.

Serve, eat and enjoy.
