Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tbsp minced ginger
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1/3 smooth all natural peanut butter
    1 tbsp mirin
    1 tsp sriracha

Directions

Saute the garlic and ginger in the oil. Add the water, soy sauce, and coriander and bring to a boil. Whisk in the peanut butter and mirin. Add the sriracha. Heat until thickened.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 4 stir fries
