Ingredients

Crust
3 (8 oz.) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 Large Head Cauliflower or 2 16 oz. pkgs. of frozen cauliflower
6 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbs. garlic powder
3 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. anise
Topping
2 6-oz cans tomato paste or 12-oz cups pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cans mushrooms
1 large onion dice fine
1 can pitted sliced olives
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground turkey
Other toppings as needed - pepperoni, ham, peppers
Tips
Vary spices according to taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Crust:
Steam cauliflower 30 minutes; let cool.
Blend cauliflower and eggs until soupy mixture in Ninja blender.
Add remainder of “Crust ingredients” blend for 2 – 3 minutes or until well mixed.
Lightly spray 2-10”×15” cookie sheets with cooking spray. Spread Crust mixture onto cookie sheets. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Toppings
Fry sausage & ground turkey and drain
Spread pizza sauce on crust. Add meat, onion, mushrooms, olives then top with cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
