Introduction

Ultra low calorie dip, almost like hummus! If you like hummus but want something that is lower in calories, this is it! My regular hummus is 80+ calories /tbs but this one is only 12.5 calories / tbs! Ultra low calorie dip, almost like hummus! Ingredients

    6-7 Carrots (300-325g)
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    2 Tbs Tahini
    juice of one whole lemon
    1-2 tsp salt (to taste)

Tips

If you like hummus but want something that is lower in calories, this is it! If you like something with a stronger garlic flavor don't steam the garlic, just put it in the processor raw.


Directions

steam chopped carrots and the garlic until carrots are cooked ~15 min.
pace cooked carrots and all other ingredients in food processor, and blend on high till smooth.

Serving Size: makes 1.5 cups (24 Tbs), 1 serving = 1Tbs
