Introduction

Ingredients

    2C of fresh or frozen spinach
    1 TBS of soaked chia seeds
    1C Soymilk
    3oz of Light Strawberry Banana Yogurt
    2 oz of Orange Juice
    1 tsp Fresh Peppermint
    Water as needed

Tips

If the simply green smoothie is not sweet enough you can a natural sweetner of your choice i.e. stevia, agave nectar, or honey.


Directions

Add water and juice to blender first. Next add the spinach and turn on blender. As the ingredients blend add soy milk, yogurt, peppermint and soaked chia seeds. You may add more water to help create a smoother blend.
