Ingredients
CRUST
Sunbeam Almond Meal, 110 grams
5 Dates
Coconut Oil, 30 grams
Moist coconut flakes, 50 grams
TOPPING:
Natvia Sweetener 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tspn
Cinnamon ground 1 tspn
2 whole eggs
Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 2% milkfat 1 cup
Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt small tub
Philadelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese 5% Fat, 1 cup
Banana Isomorph Protein, 2 scoops
Tips
Make sure the cake has been refrigerated and cooled completely before serving. This will ensure it is set.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.
Roughly process crust ingredients in food processor. Press mixture firmly into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool the crust before adding the topping.
Process topping ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour over the top of the cooled crust. Bake in oven for an additional 35 minutes. Cool the cake in the oven with the door partially open to prevent cracking. Then store in the fridge.
