Ingredients

    5 medium bell peppers (I prefer red)
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    2.5 tsp dried italian seasoning
    2 cloves of galric, minced
    0.5 tsp salt
    1.5 cups brown rice, cooked
    1.5 jars marinara sauce
    0.5 cup water

Directions

Cut off tops and insides of peppers, place peppers upright in crockpot. Combine turkey, onion, garlic, salt, seasoning, rive, and half a jar of marinara sauce. Sponn mixture into peppers. Pour remaining marinara sauce over tops of peppers. Add water to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 5 stuffed peppers
