Introduction

Peel and slice cucumber
Rough chop cabbage (about 1/4 head of cabbage)
Add feta cheese on top
Mix dressing;
vinegar, oil and sugar
drizzle over slaw

    1 Med Cucumber
    1/4 head cabbage chopped
    2oz Low fat Feta Cheese
    salt and pepper for taste (I omit this step)

    Dressing; make in a seperate shakeable container
    1/2 cup Apple cider Vinegar
    1/4 cup coconut oil (any salad oil will do)
    3 tsp Stevia to taste (I used 3)
