Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Medium Onions (Diced)
    6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
    2 Cups Vegetable Broth
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    4 (15.5 Ounce) cans Black Beans (Drained But Not Rinsed)

Directions

Spray a small amount of cooking spray in a pan. Saute onions and garlic until translucent.
Add Tomatoes,Broth,Beans and Chili Powder to the pan.
Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 Cup Servings
