Ingredients
-
Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g), 1 serving
Egg white, fresh, 1 large
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Herdez or La Victoria, Green Chile Salsa, Mild, 1 tbsp
Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 serving
Kraft, Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
Tips
I cut the cheese stick into half inch pieces and the singles into fourths. Also I understand that some cannot do hot or spicey things so adjust the salsa to your specific tastes.
Directions
Cook your eggs, season with your parsley and black pepper.
Remove eggs from pan, place tortilla in pan and begin adding eggs and remaining ingredients evenly from the middle to one side of the tortilla.
Flip the empty side of the tortilla to cover the side with all the ingredients on it.
Flip when cheese melts.
Lightly toasted on the outside means it is done and ready to eat.
Caution: Recommend allowing to cool 1 minute or until not too hot to eat.
Then Enjoy!!
Serving Size: Makes 1 cup worth, 1 serving
