Ingredients

    Avacado, lime, garlic, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, sweet bell pepper

Tips

Note - best if allowed to rest covered at least 20-30 minutes after mixing for flavors to blend. Can use dried cilantro instead of fresh.


Directions

remove skin and pit from avacado and place in small mixing bowl. Roll the lime on the counter with your palm to soften the fruit. Then halve the lime and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the avacado. Add the diced onion, pepper, garlic, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve with whole grain pita chips or tortilla chips.
