Ingredients

    1 fresh medium peach, pitted and peeled (peeling is optional)
    1/4 mango, cubed
    2 oz unsweetened orange juice
    2 tbsp plain, nonfat greek yogurt
    1tbsp honey

Tips

frozen fruits are preferable as they produce a thicker smoothie without watering it down with ice.


Directions

throw it all in a blender. add ice if you like it thicker.
