Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    large handful of Spinach, Orange (medium, peeled), Pineapple slice (peeled), Ice, Lemon slice (unpeeled), honey (optional) 1/2-1 cup water

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Easiest to start with the peeled orange, lemon slice, and cut pineapple, then add spinach, water, and ice. (honey optional, I have found it is still sweet without it)

Serving Size: makes 5 cups (one person could drink half)
