Introduction

Use home made Meditterean Hummus w/avocado or purchased roasted red pepper hummus

Ingredients

    Pita slice (split open)
    -----For each 6 in half----
    Hummus. 3-4 T
    Feta cheese. .25 oz
    Mediterranean or Greek Blend
    (garlic pepper,basil,marjoram,thyme,oregano.etc)
    Spray Pam
    ---Opt. toppings
    Roasted red peppers 1T -drained and diced
    Kalamata olives chopped

Tips

Try spreading Kalamata Spread on round after broiling if you have it


Directions

Turn on broiler
Spray pan with Pam
And inside top of pita
Broil till very lightly browned
Remove from oven and set temp. to 375*
Spread hummus on pita
Sprinkle on spices
Add crumbled feta and desired opt. toppings
Bake in hot oven 5 min. or till cheese begins to melt

Serving Size: 1 split round half makes 1 serving
