Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    7 oz of Polish Pork Sausage, sliced
    2 large stalks of celery sliced
    1 large onion sliced
    1 cup grated carrots
    0.5 tsp ground tumeric
    0.5 tsp ground cumin seed
    1/2 can pineapple tidbits reserve juice
    1 tbsp Corn Starch

Tips

You can also use sliced carrots. Just cook with the sausage until almost tender before adding the other vegetables.


Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet and add sausages slices Saute until browned. Add vegetables and saute until tender crisp. Mix in seasonings and pineapple tidbits. Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice. Make a well in the sausage and vegetable , pour in the juice mixture. Cook and stir the liquid until thickened and bubbly, then mix into sausage and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings about 1 cup each
