Ingredients

    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/4 tsp onion flake
    1 pk udon noodles (200 grams)
    3/4 cup carrots
    1 cup zucchini
    58 grams chicken
    63 grams pork
    1/2 cup red pepper
    1/2 tsp yakisoba sauce

Tips

mix it up with whatever veg you have onhand - so good!


Directions

spray frying pan with cooking oil and add garlic.
boil noodles in water, 7 minutes
add carrots to garlic while noodles are boiling, along with onion flakes
then zucchini
then meats
then noodles and red pepper, and yakisoba sauce
fry up till browned
yum delish!
