Ingredients

    Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Ginger, Italian seasoning, Unsalted Butter, Nonfat Milk, Salt, water

Directions

Cut 6 medium peeled potatoes, 1/4 head of cabbage, 4 peeled carrots and 2 large onions into bite size pieces. Saute onions in 1 stick of butter till soft and translucent. Add 6 cups water, 2 tbsp ginger, Italian seasoning and salt to taste and bring to boil. Set stove on lower flame and simmer for 40 min. Add 2.5 cups of nonfat milk and 4tsp sugar. After 10 minutes, remove from stove and run through food processor to liquefy the cooked vegetables. Place back on stove and heat for a couple of minutes...enjoy
