Ingredients

    4 cups diced apples
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup rice flour
    1 cup almond flour
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    3/4 cup potato flour

Directions

Combine apples and sugar. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Beat in 2 eggs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
