1 cup rice flour
1 cup almond flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
Combine apples and sugar. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Beat in 2 eggs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
