Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Ginger Root
    2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
    5 Tbsp. Hot Water
    3 cloves Garlic
    4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Lime Juice

Tips

I keep it in a squeeze bottle for easy access. You can skip the water for a thicker sauce, but it is nice made runny if you want to use it for a salad dressing. Great on spring rolls, in sandwiches, on noodles/chicken/vegetable, or a stir fry of all three.

Directions

Throw everything into a bowl or large measuring cup and buzz vigorously with a immersible blender. I crush the garlic first.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 oz. Assume 1 oz portions.
