1 c. fresh spinach
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana
3 T peanut butter
glass almost full of ice
Tips
Sometimes I add ground flax (if I need some digestive help). This is a great post-workout treat!
Directions
Blend soy milk and spinach until its green and not chunky.
Add protein powder, banana, peanut butter, and blend.
Then add the glass of ice and blend until it looks like a shake.
Drink up!
