My version of Hoisin salmon...slimmed down! My version of Hoisin salmon...slimmed down!

Ingredients

    NOTE: NOT on the ingredients list is Ideal SF brown sugar, all 0s....1 TBL.

Tips

WEIGH OUT 2.6 ozs. of the COOKED SALMON when done and that equals 1/2 Lean.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the Montreal Steak Spice and Ideal Brown Sugar. Rub on the Salmon.
Then combine the lemon juice, Hoisin sauce (and a little smokin' joes barbeque sauce if you have it) and the sesame oil, pour onto the salmon. Bake for about 18-20 minutes until done. WEIGH OUT 2.6 ozs. of the COOKED SALMON when done and that equals 1/2 Lean.
