Introduction

Replacement for Gatorade/Powerade without sugar. Replacement for Gatorade/Powerade without sugar.

Ingredients

    Orange Juice - .25 cup
    Salt or Light Salt - .125 tbsp
    Water - 16 fl oz
    Splenda - 2 packets or 1 tsp

Tips

For people watching salt intake, opt for light salt. For those wanting more carbs/calories for more intense workout, use tbsp honey in place of splenda. Can also sub lime or lemon juice for orange juice.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bottle and shake vigorously. Place in fridge until workout time!
