Ingredients


    Great Value FROZEN Tropical Fruit Mix, 1 cup
    Coconut water Vita Coco, 4 oz
    Great Value Greek Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt, 0.5 cup
    GNC Wheat Grass Powder, 8 gram(s) (1scoop)
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup

Tips

Sometimes I like to add the wheatgrass last, after I've blended the other ingredients.

You don't always have to have the spinach, but it added a great amount of extra goodies without altering the taste of the smoothie.


Directions

Just put ingredients in your favorite blender and blend until smooth! Don't be turned off by the wheat grass and spinach...you barely taste either!
