Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    - 1 banana mashed
    - 3 tbsp flour of choice
    - 3 tbsp 1% cottage cheese
    - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    - 1 egg
    - 1/4 tsp baking soda
    - 1/4 tsp baking powder
    - 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional + included in calorie count)

Tips

Can use greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese!

Note: without chocolate this treat is 300 calories


Directions

- Mash banana in a mug
- Stir in egg, cottage cheese and vanilla extract
- Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda
- Stir in chocolate chips if using
- Microwave for 2-3min depending on how "cakey" you like it.
