Ingredients

    2 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
    2 C kidney beans
    1 lb extra lean ground beef, fried and well drained
    8 cups of shredded cabbage (I buy the bags of cole slaw mix)
    1 small can of pizza sauce

    spices as desired.

Tips

Can also be made in the slow-cooker - low for 3 hours - all ingredients but cabbage.
Then 1 hour with cabbage added


Directions

Fry beef and drain well.
Toss all ingredients into a large dutch oven.
Mix and simmer on low 20 minutes.

Can be served with rice, quenoa or other grains
